MexicoAt TETRA PAK, I developed a DMAIC improvement project for an industrial extraction system and designed and implemented a mechanical Poka-Yoke. The solution eliminated rework associated with system dripping and reduced maintenance frequency by 50%.
I also developed digital maintenance checklists and a roll-tracking tool. In my projects, I designed and built an Arduino vehicle with PID position control and an ESP32-powered automated curtain system.
