At Yamanashi mexicana S.A de C.V., I collaborated on new projects using PPAP and core tools, and helped implement production processes for five new models. I monitored production flow and key metrics, contributing to a 30% reduction in monthly waste and a 20% reduction in customer complaints.
I guided problem resolution using 8D, Ishikawa diagrams, and 5 Whys, and participated in internal and external ISO 9001:2015 audits. I also implemented change-control procedures and calibration plans for measuring equipment.
At Interilum Maquiacero, I supported the quality management system, including first-piece inspections, PPAP and quality documentation for more than 30 part numbers, and responses to customer nonconformities. I hold a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering and a Lean Manufacturing diploma from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro.
