I'm currently processing biweekly payroll for more than 300 employees at Supplying Total Talent RD, supporting multinational clients including Mastercard, Amadeus North America, Pfizer, Expedia Lodging, and Delivery Hero Dmart Dominicana.
Previously at Grupo Bennu Inditex Franchises, I managed payroll, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, overtime, holiday pay, tax records, and employee health and benefits plans for more than 500 employees.
I've also coordinated full-cycle recruitment for franchise stores including Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Oysho, Massimo Dutti, Balu Outlet, and Havaianas. During HR Manager maternity coverage, I managed productivity calculations, candidate hiring status, HR reports, employee inquiries, recruitment assessments, and work environment surveys.
