I’m a Human Resources professional with experience in HR Operations, Compensation, Payroll, and HRIS within multi-plant and multi-site environments. I specialize in PeopleSoft and Dayforce, supporting personnel movement management, organizational structure control, and HR data auditing.

In regional roles, I supported HR operations for more than 5,000 employees in the Dominican Republic and Haiti, managing monthly payroll movements (37+), while ensuring data quality, compliance with internal policies, and efficiency in HR administrative processes. I also served as a PeopleSoft Super User, providing technical and functional support to HR teams.

I’m especially proud of delivering HRIS audits that validate data integrity, personnel movements, and organizational consistency, including audits of health insurance and life insurance enrollments and removals. From termination check processing and payroll updates in Dayforce to recruitment support and quality monitoring, I bring a careful, process-driven approach that helps leadership make better decisions with reliable HR data.
