I'm seeking opportunities in Operations Supervision, Government Relations, Administrative Support, Customer Success, and Business Operations.

At Al Yalayis Government Transaction Center, I supervise daily government transaction operations and follow up on employee performance. I manage services including Amer, DHA, ICP, Tasheel, Immigration, and Emirates ID, and handle corporate accounts’ employee visa, medical, and Emirates ID requirements.

Previously, at Amer Center, I processed government transactions, medical applications, and Emirates ID applications. My experience also includes account management at Al Shimi for Oil & Gas (Caltex & Total Agent) and developing a sales team of approximately 1,000 members at TVI Direct Selling Company.
