In my most recent role as an Optical Administrator / Operations, I handled shared inboxes and high-volume email/phone communications, coordinated meetings and weekly operations updates, and entered large volumes of sensitive data in full HIPAA compliance. I also implemented organizational systems and process improvements, coordinated with partner organizations across Oregon and California to secure assistance for low-income patients, and supported logistics, outreach, and community engagement—bringing professionalism, discretion, and proactive problem-solving to every step.
