What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an organization where I can lead SAP service delivery and technical teams, improve KPIs in 24x7 AMS operations, strengthen client relationships, and accelerate efficiency through automation and AI-driven improvements.

I’m an SAP-certified consultant and service delivery manager with 20 years in key customer-facing roles, driving business development and solution design across international projects. I lead globally distributed teams and focus on reliable, high-quality outcomes for complex landscapes.

In my current role, I manage Application Management Service (AMS) delivery for a global automotive European client, leading a distributed team of 50+ consultants in a 24x7 operations model. I oversee service for 30+ countries across time zones—fixing incidents, delivering enhancements, and maintaining detailed knowledge management to reduce recurring risk.

Previously, I served as SAP Technical Manager and Project Manager, coordinating multi-country rollouts to integrate acquired SAP and legacy systems into complex SAP landscapes. I’ve led SAP data migration and ETL work using BAPIs, LSMWs, Function modules, and BDCs, while owning delivery planning, demand/resource forecasts, and technical effort estimation.

I began my career as a SAP Development Lead and Technical Analyst, with deep RICEFW development experience and production support responsibilities across SD, MM, FI, CO, QM, and PM. I also work across integration via PI and adaptors (ALE/EDI, BAPI, IDOC, FILE, SOAP, XI), and I’m passionate about using AI to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
