At ENGLISH HOME, I manage lifecycle targeting and campaign optimization through CRM analytics and growth-driven insights. I designed RFM, behavioral, and lifecycle segmentation models to improve targeting accuracy.

I analyze campaign ROI, conversion, retention, and churn, then develop optimization plans. I also design campaigns across SMS, email, and WhatsApp.

I built KPI dashboards in Power BI (DAX) and standardized reporting across campaigns, channels, and segments. Using SQL and Python, I analyze customer behavior and segment transitions, including Sankey visualizations.

I improve data quality and deduplication workflows and act as a liaison between Marketing and IT across Dynamics CRM processes. At İTTİFAK HOLDING, I worked on a customer complaint database implementation integrated with CRM systems.
