What I'm looking for

I'm interested in remote administrative, customer support, and e-commerce roles.

At DCX, I support e-commerce projects through administrative coordination and task follow-through. I contribute to digital assets, email campaigns, and social media content, and help coordinate inventory, samples, orders, and supplier communication.

As a Roofing Support Trainee at DCX, I support project planning and documentation by reviewing blueprints and preparing contract-related documents. I also assist with lead generation, appointment setting, and customer inquiries.

Previously, I worked in sales and customer service at TaskUs, Convergys, and iQor Pampanga, and supported site operations and project documentation as a Field Engineer at Cavtech Multi-Resources Technology Inc. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Our Lady of Fatima University and a PhilSafe Construction Occupational Safety and Health for Safety Officer certification.
