I'm looking to lead mission-driven brand, community, and partnership work where I can turn complex ideas into meaningful stories, build genuine customer relationships, and develop strong marketing systems and teams.

At PAE Consulting Engineers, I led brand strategy for a 450-person, multi-office B Corp, translating technical expertise into stories, campaigns, proposals, and events that supported business growth.

I led and developed a seven-person marketing team supporting $100M+ in revenue across 10 offices. I created strategic workflows, SOPs, KPI reporting, AI-enabled production processes, and a learning and development curriculum that improved alignment, capacity, and career progression.

I also built PG-ish Podcast from the ground up into a wellness lifestyle brand, producing 350+ episodes and generating 100,000+ downloads. Through editorial strategy, email marketing, sponsorships, guest partnerships, and community building, I earned a Top 50 Moms in Podcasting ranking from Podcast Magazine.

Across B Corp and sustainability communications, consumer lifestyle media, wellness, fitness, food, and adventure, I connect big-picture brand strategy to the day-to-day work that turns customers into genuine advocates.
