At ClassLink, I led a five-designer team across a multi-product EdTech suite that grew from roughly 10 million to more than 23 million users. I established cross-product design system governance, mentored designers through hiring and onboarding, and partnered directly with engineering through the data layer.

I designed and built the Protoapp Framework, an AI-first, code-based design system using Claude Code, MCP server integrations, and a shared component library. It replaced Figma as the team’s source of truth and made code-based prototyping the default.

I also led the redesign of Roster Server permissions, moving a complex table-based UI to a rule-based model that reduced customer education and support needs while speeding task completion for novice and advanced administrators.

Earlier, I led end-to-end design for FusionAds.AI and co-led UX for Lazada Express, a same-day delivery platform serving drivers, in-store shoppers, and customers across Southeast Asia. My background in industrial design informs a decade of product work spanning research, prototyping, systems, and multi-stakeholder workflows.
