I used Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, and support-ticket data to guide design bets and A/B tests. These changes increased mobile profile completion by 50%, reduced time-to-ready for work from 72 hours to under 24, and doubled onboarding conversion.
I also built the component system behind Synapse, Invisible's AI training platform, and developed high-fidelity prototypes to streamline design-to-development handoff. I supported an agent-optimized design system and opened pull requests with frontend fixes.
Before that, I led nightly shifts at Amazon Logistics, where I increased Sort shift productivity by 29% in summer 2020. In personal projects, I redesigned the sidebar and built a design mode for no3y Code, and designed and built Crisp, a native macOS screen recorder.
