What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can grow through learning while using strong customer service, sales, and leadership. I want responsibility across reporting, cash handling, scheduling, and people support—bringing dependable service in both retail and healthcare.

I’m a customer-focused sales and service professional who brings strong communication, computer skills, and hands-on reliability across retail and the medical field. I’m seeking an opportunity where I can keep adding to my career portfolio through continuous learning and dependable performance.

In medical settings, I’ve worked as a Patient Access Representative, where I registered patients in the Emergency Room, ran reports, collected co-pay and bills, updated patient charts, and handled phone and switchboard duties. I bring a careful, organized approach to patient support and documentation.

Across retail roles, I’ve grown from cashier/host and night auditing into supervisor and leadership responsibilities, including handling cash registers and safe/bank paperwork, processing payroll and timekeeping, completing e-forms and work orders, creating schedules, and managing store reports.
