I’m an entry-level retail and customer-focused worker with hands-on experience as a Wal-Mart Associate/Cashier, plus 3 years supporting my aunt’s clothing brand. I enjoy staying busy, solving problems fast, and making customers feel taken care of.

At Walmart, I built consistency through cash handling, phone communication, customer inquiry handling, and customer complaint resolution, while supporting inventory control and smooth store operations. I also bring strong retail fundamentals like pricing, upselling, and feature-benefit selling to help sales move in the right direction.

I’m also trained for food service—culinary arts with ServSafe food safety certification—so I can jump into food handling, food production, sanitation, order fulfillment, meal preparation, and load & unload. I’m comfortable working with people, including experience serving and supporting clients with developmental disabilities.

Beyond retail and food service, I’ve built skills in event and social media marketing (including TikTok and social media engagement), plus administrative and medical-support work like medical documentation, medical scheduling, and patient care. I’m ready to start fresh and grow in a role where I can contribute immediately and learn even more.
