I am seeking a senior operations or strategy role where I can lead venture launches, scale cross-border tech programs, and build partner ecosystems in mission-driven organizations.

I am an operator and strategy leader with experience launching ventures, validating dual-use technologies in conflict zones, and designing go-to-market and pricing strategies for cross-border tech testing. I have led transformations for federal health agencies, delivered crisis-response analytics, and secured employer and partner commitments for education and venture initiatives.

At McKinsey I led venture diligence, GTM and curriculum strategy, and a transformation office that reduced emergency response time by 75% through live dashboards and embedded decision metrics. I have driven business model design and in-country validation for Forward Horizon Group, coordinating with Ukrainian frontline units and national defense advisors and building an international partner ecosystem.
