I am a caring and friendly customer service professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and over two years of combined experience in a condotel and BPO environments. I have handled guest check-ins/checkouts, managed inquiries and complaints, coordinated with housekeeping, and performed financial tasks such as preparing and reviewing financial statements and day-to-day transactions.

Currently I work as a Technical Support Agent providing step-by-step guidance and remote assistance, diagnosing software and hardware issues, and responding to customer inquiries by phone.
