I’ve built my career across IT management and day-to-day support, starting from EDP/data entry and progressing into leading IT teams. Over time, I’ve focused on turning user needs into strategic solution alignment with the system through clear planning and monitoring.
In my current role as HR IT MANAGER, I combine IT project oversight with HR operations—planning and monitoring IT projects, managing infrastructure (including CCTV), and supporting employee hiring, onboarding, relations, and HR policies. I also handle performance evaluations, training development, and maintain accurate employee records (attendance, performance, training) while tracking and analyzing personnel data for management reporting.
Previously, as IT MANAGER (2013–2023), I managed an IT department covering EDP, application, and technical support (2 supervisors and 11 staff). I created and controlled IT policies and annual budgets, monitored IT KPIs, and led ERP initiatives such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision (including project leadership with developers) and SAP support, using tools like Visual Basic and Visual FoxPro for end-user application maintenance.
