What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT leadership role where I can run application management and ERP delivery—pairing agile engineering with strong governance and security, and partnering cross-functionally to ship reliable, measurable outcomes.

I’m an IT professional with 15+ years of progressive experience spanning BI/reporting development, full-stack engineering, ERP implementation, and—most recently—IT Application Management. I build and mentor engineering teams, establish IT governance and security frameworks, and translate business goals into scalable technical roadmaps. I’m comfortable operating as the bridge between the executive team and hands-on engineering, driving double-digit efficiency and productivity gains through agile transformation and process standardization.

In my current role as IT Application Manager, I lead and mentor a team of 14 engineers, improving delivery productivity by 25% through agile methodology adoption and clearer Definition of Done/Proof of Work standards. I own Master Data Management (MDM) automation and guide resilient SNAP banking integrations, while also leading REST API–based ERPNext and core-ERP integrations (including an expense-tracking system improving financial reporting accuracy by 15%+). Earlier, I directed Odoo 16/18 implementations, modernized legacy systems (VB6 to Laravel/Vue.js), and managed 100+ SAP BusinessObjects reports—boosting performance with SQL optimization and strengthening documentation standards to improve onboarding speed.
