I actively manage projects for business impact, prioritizing operational effectiveness, data accuracy, and results aligned with company targets. I’m an IT & Data Support professional who supports day-to-day reliability and strengthens how teams execute and report work.

At PT. Fastindo Piranti Kabel, I started as a Staff IT, responsible for maintaining the internet network in Central Jakarta and LAN connections to support daily operations. I also handled field project data, including recording BAPP and documenting installation photos for billing administration.

During my ERP support period, I was trusted as an ERP implementation support role as a Microsoft MS 365 user administrator, managing access and guiding users to run the system effectively. I later supported the directors with processing and presenting installation, sales, target achievement, and other reports for analysis and planning.

At Business & Operations Support within my current role, I help prepare company SOPs using prior experience and continue ERP user administration with user access coordination and system guidance. I’ve also managed customer (BUMN) project execution—scheduling, team coordination, contract monitoring, and ensuring material availability—while driving sales-target achievement, billing management, and operational reporting.
