I am a results-driven Senior IT Manager and Cybersecurity Specialist with over nine years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, network security, and digital transformation. I lead multidisciplinary teams to align technology strategy with organizational goals across corporate, NGO, and SME environments.

At a national broadcast network I directed mission-critical broadcast infrastructure and led Zambia's 2021 General Election coverage with real-time cloud-based signal delivery and zero downtime. I have driven enterprise cloud migrations that improved resilience and reduced operational costs by 20% while implementing robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

I develop and enforce cybersecurity frameworks, incident response protocols, and data governance policies, and hold certifications including CEH (in progress) and CCNA.
