What I'm looking for

I am seeking a hands-on IT role where I can manage and improve infrastructure, mentor users, and contribute to reliable, scalable systems.

I am a systems administrator with extensive experience managing Windows networks, Microsoft Dynamics (Point of Sale), and Microsoft SQL databases across multi-branch operations. I have a track record of improving IT infrastructure, providing user training and support, performing backups/restores, and managing servers, workstations and email systems.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Information Systems) in progress and completed specialized training in AI/Robotics and Cisco fundamentals. I was recognized with Worker of the Year (2020) and a Long Service Award (2022) for commitment and impact in IT operations and support.
