I'm delivering high-impact MENA projects at Iron Mountain, including Records and Information Management, Digital Solutions, and Fixed Asset Management engagements valued at over USD 1 million.

I lead projects from scope and resource planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, while managing budgets, risks, stakeholder communication, reporting, and client SLAs. I've also established regional PMO governance, standardized processes, and KPIs to improve delivery visibility across business units.

My work includes data and ERP integrations, UAT coordination, RFID and barcode asset-tagging programs, asset audits, and large-scale records scanning and migration to ECM systems. I have led business recovery and operational improvement initiatives across Egypt, South Africa, and Morocco.

Previously at SC Johnson, I coordinated MENA home-care product launches, enhancements, and business continuity projects across brands including Raid, Baygon, Glade, Mr Muscle, Windex, and Pledge. I helped prevent more than 50K units from being scrapped and avoided a loss of more than USD 240K by identifying a packaging issue before production.
