At Iron Mountain, I lead end-to-end delivery of MENA projects across Records and Information Management, Digital Solutions, and Fixed Asset Management. I also led the creation of a regional PMO, establishing governance frameworks, processes, and KPIs.
I manage system integrations between Iron Mountain’s data management platform and client ERP systems, coordinating data mapping, financial validation, UAT, and deployment. I’ve also led operational improvement initiatives across Egypt, South Africa, and Morocco.
At SC Johnson, I coordinated MENA projects for home care products including Raid, Baygon, Glade, Mr Muscle, Windex, and pledge. I managed artwork and packaging project timelines from inception to print-file delivery, and an issue I uncovered before production prevented more than 50K units from being scrapped and a monetary loss of more than 240K US$.
Earlier, I worked as Assistant Marketing & Regulatory Manager at Tradecorp MENA, Marketing Coordinator at Sumitomo Corporation, and HR Officer at Ipsos Egypt. I’m PMP-certified and have experience across project management, marketing, regulatory work, and operations.
