What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Customer Service or Project Manager role where I can apply project execution, client relations, and team coordination to deliver efficient projects, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.

At Urban Signage Co., Ltd., I manage the full lifecycle of signage projects, from contract signing through final account closure. I coordinate clients, consultants, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep delivery smooth and aligned.

I oversee artwork preparation and approvals, fabrication schedules, installation works, quality compliance, and project reporting. I identify risks early, propose solutions to avoid delays, and ensure deliverables meet contractual, technical, and aesthetic requirements.

Over nearly a decade at Urban Signage, I progressed from Projects Coordinator to Senior Projects Coordinator and Projects Manager while handling multiple projects from planning to delivery.

Earlier, I supported business development, tenders, client relations, translation, and executive operations at Archetype Vietnam and United Seafood Packer. I bring an easy-going, hardworking approach to service excellence, efficient project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
