I'm looking to build products where customer insight, healthcare or operational complexity, and commercial execution come together. I want to translate real user needs into product strategy, measurable experiences, and scalable launches.

I've built and validated cross-border commerce at NAITO, turning early customer demand into four completed transactions and approximately $3,000 in revenue. I own the journey from sourcing and pricing through procurement, fulfillment, WhatsApp ordering, and delivery.

At Finaive, I translated customer discovery, market research, and user pain points into MVP scope, user journeys, and product priorities for an AI-enabled marketplace and trust platform.
