I’m a product leader with 6+ years driving digital product strategy across healthtech, B2B SaaS, and digital transformation in emerging markets. I thrive in early-stage environments—taking products from zero to pilot, shaping vision, and translating real user needs into workable roadmaps.

As Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, I lead an AI-powered health intelligence platform focused on solving Nigeria’s fragmented healthcare data problem through a unified Health Vault, Medication Tracker, and Preventive Care system across 9+ product modules. I define end-to-end product architecture, user flows, and PRDs, and I run delivery with a 13-person cross-functional team spanning engineering, design, medical advisors, and legal.

I’m rigorous about quality and validation: I built a QA master plan (test cases, dogfooding protocols, and structured external beta testing) and ran a beta program with 25+ testers. I also craft launch-ready go-to-market strategy—UGC campaigns, BRT health activations, a waitlist mechanic, and a 30-day email retention sequence—while anchoring decisions in market sizing (7.5M+ addressable users) and VC-grade financial stress tests.

Before this, I grew internal ventures within a structured venture studio model, managing product and growth for multiple startups, including a B2B marketplace SaaS and an AI-first tax platform. I’ve also led demand and growth execution across channels like LinkedIn and email outbound, managed 40+ enterprise accounts, and supported Google Workspace cloud migration for 45+ organizations through customer success frameworks and KPI dashboards.
