I’m seeking a remote role as a Technical Virtual Assistant, Support Representative, or Digital Operations Associate.

At the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, I worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern in Plant & Workshop Operations, servicing heavy plant equipment and standby power generators.

I assisted senior engineers with hydraulic diagnostics, pressure fault troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs on high-capacity plant equipment.

On a remote workflow project, I built an automated customer support and lead-routing system using n8n and webhook triggers to send formatted tickets and leads to Slack and CRM systems.
