What I'm looking for

I want to build practical, hands-on project management, product management, strategy and marketing experience — learning the tools and workflows real teams use — while developing stronger remote collaboration and stakeholder communication skills, with room to take on more ownership over time.

I am an operations and techno-commercial engineer with hands-on experience in client-facing communication, project coordination, and operational reporting. I have supported budget forecasting, cost analysis, and cross-functional alignment while leveraging AI-assisted tools to streamline research, reporting, and workflow automation.

Now pivoting to remote customer success, virtual assistance, and administrative support, I bring strong written communication, calendar and inbox management, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, Notion, Trello, and basic Python and SQL. I am actively upskilling in CRM tools and digital marketing to deliver high-impact remote support.
