Emmanuel Andaya

I’m a Team Lead in customer operations, focused on supervising, coaching, and supporting teams to hit performance targets while keeping daily execution efficient and compliant. I’m known for creating a positive, collaborative environment where people feel empowered to contribute to company success.

In my current role with Peak Support (Breaking Bread), I oversee daily operations, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback. I also resolve operational and staff issues, report on team performance, and suggest process improvements—while delivering first-hand customer support via email and chat.

Across previous roles at Peak Support, Genpact, and other customer-facing teams, I’ve handled everything from customer inquiries, order issue alerts from an API, escalations, and trend-based reporting to mentoring and training new hires. I’ve led teams through evaluations, workflow improvements, quarterly reporting, and risk/compliance-focused customer service.

I bring a lean mindset—supported by my Lean Digital / Six Sigma certificate—and I combine it with strong time management, advanced problem-solving, and data analysis (including Microsoft Excel) to improve outcomes. I’m at my best in open, communicative cultures where teams can learn quickly and execute with purpose.
