I’m a Store Manager at Elevation Coffee Roasters, and I’ve earned my way up from Barista by improving workflows, mentoring staff, and leading my team to exceed performance targets. I focus on making every shift smoother, faster, and more reliable—especially during peak hours.

In my current role, I control inventory and ordering, maintain full stock of supplies, and reduce waste through smarter resource use. I direct daily bar operations to optimize service flow and ensure a seamless customer experience, while also keeping the workplace fun and safe.

Before that, I worked as a Lead Barista at Lady and the Mug, where I delivered high-energy customer service and handled cash and POS transactions accurately under pressure. I also took ownership of deep cleaning projects and earned my promotion by mastering speed, quality, and reliability—without sacrificing attention to detail.

Earlier, as an Assistant Manager at CADY Professional Photography Studios, I led and mentored a team, managed hiring and training, and oversaw high-volume operations including scheduling and payroll. I handled complex customer escalations with a solution-oriented approach and kept studio floor flow organized by optimizing session traffic during busy times.
