I seek a role combining remote technical support and UX work where I can improve user experiences, streamline processes, and grow my IT/UX skills in a collaborative team.

I am a resourceful IT support and user experience professional with hands-on experience delivering remote technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and optimizing user experiences for web and enterprise environments. I combine technical aptitude in Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and ticketing/CRM systems with practical UX skills using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create intuitive interfaces and resolve user problems efficiently.

Throughout my career I have supported 50+ users daily in remote environments, coordinated logistics and onboarding processes that improved operational metrics, and led UX research and A/B testing to iterate on prototypes and wireframes. I prioritize clear communication, documentation, and continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction and streamline workflows.
