I am a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with a background as a Pharmacy Technician and experience working directly with patients and insurance companies.

I have hands-on experience handling prior authorizations, verifying patient insurance eligibility, and communicating with payers to resolve billing issues. My pharmacy roles included prescription processing, customer service, and team leadership tasks.

I completed AAPC courses in Medical Billing and Physician Coding and passed the CPC exam, and I hold an AA in Liberal Studies from Montgomery County Community College.

I am organized, detail-oriented, and committed to leveraging my clinical-adjacent experience to contribute accurate coding and efficient revenue cycle processes in a medical billing or physician coding role.
