I’m a detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician focused on helping patients and healthcare teams get the right medications with confidence. I bring a strong commitment to accuracy, organization, and clear communication in fast-paced pharmacy settings.

At Walmart Pharmacy (01/2019 – 04/2026), I solved customer problems in-person and over the phone, while also stocking, labeling, and inventoried medication to keep exact records. I ensured prescriptions and medication information were handled carefully so day-to-day operations stayed reliable.

I also supported insurance-related workflows by consulting with insurance companies to complete claims processing, resolve concerns, reconcile payments, and prior authorizations. I handled many incoming calls and addressed questions from customers and healthcare providers to keep services moving smoothly.

Before that, at CVS Pharmacy (10/2015 – 11/2018), I helped the pharmacist provide medication to customers by collecting, organizing, and evaluating patient information and receiving e-scribes, written, and faxed prescriptions. I’ve continued building my foundation through my Certificate of Pharmacy Technology (Virginia College) and an Associate of Science in Pre-Nursing (Georgia Military College).
