At Open Imagination, I support bookkeeping activities including invoice creation, payment application, billing, dispute resolution, reporting, and records management. I also create SOPs, track KPIs, and coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Previously, at HCLTech Guatemala/Xerox Corporation, I managed financial contract documentation, audited operational processes, investigated account discrepancies, and improved reporting workflows. My earlier Xerox experience included customer account management, billing and payment discrepancy resolution, collections support, and account status reporting.

I've also provided remote executive support at Prialto and led daily operations, quality tracking, and escalations at Capgemini. I work bilingually in English and Spanish and handle confidential information with professionalism.
