I'm currently designing SaaS and connectivity solutions at SITA for airlines, airports, and global aviation customers, from requirements analysis through proposal delivery.
I run weekly product demos and develop RFP and RFQ responses, connecting customer requirements to solution architecture, scope, and service models.
Previously at Telefónica Global Solutions, I built technical and commercial proposals for large enterprise accounts across Cisco, Fortinet, and Extreme Networks equipment. I also negotiated with vendors and sized international network and connectivity solutions for viable, competitive bids.
My background combines technical pre-sales, AV over IP integration, and IT infrastructure support, with hands-on exposure to Azure, AWS, Git, and Azure Active Directory. I enjoy translating real customer needs into solutions that hold up technically and commercially.
