I'm looking to lead scalable people operations for remote or distributed teams, improving employee experience, recruitment, performance, compliance, and workforce productivity through practical HR processes and AI-enabled workflows.

At Opinov8, I led people operations for 200+ employees across Egypt, EMEA, and LATAM in a fully remote technology environment. I owned the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and recruitment operations through employee relations, payroll coordination, and offboarding.

I built virtual induction programs and structured 30/60/90-day integration plans, while managing performance monitoring, employee check-ins, PIPs, and remote engagement initiatives. I also maintained BambooHR records with 100% accuracy and supported compensation and benefits reviews across geographies.

Previously, I built S Production's HR function from scratch, creating policies, SOPs, an employee handbook, grading frameworks, recruitment processes, onboarding, and KPI reporting. At Wadi Degla Clubs, I managed high-volume recruitment across seven project sites and screened more than 500 candidates.

I've spent 12+ years building practical HR operations across technology, media, infrastructure, construction, retail, and customer-facing environments. I use AI tools to support candidate screening, recruitment outreach, HR documentation, and workflow automation.
