Previously, I worked as a Healthcare CSR at Concentrix, where I provided eligibility, benefits, authorization, claims, and appeal status information to providers. I’m comfortable interpreting what’s needed, confirming the right next step, and communicating updates clearly—especially when cases require careful attention.
