At Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA), I lead the Health Desk Team supporting users across the Ministry of Health and affiliated institutions. I troubleshoot Microsoft productivity tools, email, desktops, servers, and IP telephony in a distributed healthcare network.
I served as the Ministry of Health focal person for assessing and approving WLAN installations across 230+ health centers. I also acted as technical supervisor for 20 Digital Health Officers during OpenMRS deployment and upgrade across 194 PEPFAR-supported sites.
Earlier, I supervised digital literacy training as a Digital Ambassador Supervisor and entered and verified COVID-19 vaccination and testing data at Rwanda Biomedical Center. I’m currently completing a Master’s in Big Data Analytics.
