I enjoy technical troubleshooting and solving customer product problems, both platform issues or API integrations - a good combination of technical challenges and customer interaction, typically in a B2B SaaS environment. I like onboarding users and writing user manuals or technical documentation, to enable customer self service and share knowledge with colleagues.
