I’m looking to grow in application/infrastructure support with strong monitoring and automation—owning incident resolution, reliability, and CI/CD work while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

I’m an Application Support Specialist focused on keeping platforms stable through smart monitoring, careful investigation, and clear incident workflows. I’ve worked in ITIL/ITSM environments, owning daily support and ticket resolution while coordinating with engineering, QA, and product teams.

In my current role, I process and analyze Apache Kafka messages to support transaction validation and monitoring, and I use Grafana and Graylog to diagnose issues across servers, databases, and microservices. I’ve also contributed to reliability during an infrastructure migration from on-premises (Fujitsu) to Microsoft Azure and supported dependable portal operations.

I bring hands-on technical depth across Java, PL/SQL, SQL, REST APIs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL), plus CI/CD with Jenkins and GitLab to ship portal UI updates.
