I have supervised technicians, managed spare-parts planning, conducted root-cause analysis, and coordinated major repairs with manufacturers to enhance reliability and OEE.

I hold training and certifications in Lean Six Sigma, mechatronics, and occupational safety, and I apply CAD, SolidWorks, and basic 3D printing to prototype replacements and support continuous improvement.
