I'm looking to build scalable operations, improve workflows, and enable remote cross-functional teams in fast-moving, multi-country environments.

I've led operations, expansion, and process improvement work at WorkFlex, WorkMotion, Uber, and Semicolon Agency, supporting teams across marketing, HR, tech, compliance, and customer-facing operations. I build operational structures, playbooks, knowledge bases, and workflows that improve consistency, service delivery, and customer experience across multi-country environments.

Through SYSTEMA and fractional operations partnerships, I help solopreneurs and early-stage founders strengthen operations, go-to-market execution, client relationships, hiring, onboarding, and change management. I'm especially energized by turning operational requirements and stakeholder input into scalable systems for distributed teams.
