My name is Elysia Crombie, and I am currently a manager at Croque Café, where I oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction. My role involves training staff, managing schedules, and maintaining health and safety standards. This experience has honed my ability to handle various challenges calmly and effectively, even under pressure.

Previously, I worked as a warehouse operative at Weezy, where I collaborated with team members to enhance operational efficiency and improve employee experiences. My diverse roles, from kitchen porter to cleaning operative, have equipped me with a broad skill set and the ability to adapt to different environments and personalities. I am passionate about the travel and tourism industry and am currently pursuing a diploma in Air Cabin Crew.
