What I'm looking for

I seek a job where i could serve customers andbring a change and satisfaction to my company and customers. I want to work in a place where i can learn new things and explore new things as well as contributing to those who need me.

I am an experienced property manager with hands-on responsibility for daily operations, resident services, and long-term property improvements for a 360-resident community.

I began as an Assistant Property Manager and was entrusted as Acting Property Manager, supervising staff, vendors, and contractors while working closely with a Board of Directors to implement governance and strategic initiatives.

My background includes budgeting, vendor contract oversight, preventive maintenance coordination, safety compliance, and operational efficiency improvements, alongside marketing and office management experience from prior roles.

I communicate effectively in Amharic and English, lead by example, and focus on problem solving, negotiation, and strong resident relations to enhance community value and livability.
