What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a bilingual customer-focused role where I can use my Spanish/English fluency, strong communication, and tools like Zendesk to deliver excellent service, solve problems quickly, and keep growing professionally.

I’m a bilingual customer support and commercial professional with hands-on experience answering customers and supporting teams remotely and on-site. I worked as a Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Spanish/English) with Marbill (WeCareConsulting) and as a Bilingual Advisor (Spanish/English) remotely with WEBHELP, and I also handled customer-facing sales and commercial roles.

I bring strong communication techniques, organization, and problem-solving, backed by customer service work across multiple industries and environments, including passenger services at Swissport. I’m comfortable with business tools like Zendesk and travel/customer systems such as Amadeus Altéa, and I stay reliable through adaptability and punctuality.
