I'm currently supporting academic operations at SmartTalk and ODIN English Academy in Hanoi, where I manage performance data, digital tracking systems, compliance documentation, and technical support for online learning tools.
Previously, at Lancaster BMW and Ames Motor Group, I diagnosed complex electrical, software, hardware, and wiring faults using BMW ISTA, Nissan Consult, and systematic diagnostic logic. I managed Tier 2/3 escalations with manufacturer Level 3 engineering teams, performed software updates and calibrations, and documented root causes for customers and service teams.
