I seek a collaborative role where I can improve system reliability, automate operational tasks, perform RCAs, and grow into SRE/DevOps responsibilities.

I am a Support Engineer passionate about solving problems, automating tasks, and optimizing complex systems to ensure reliable, uninterrupted services. I bring hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting infrastructure, updating OS across devices, installing and configuring software/hardware, and improving application security and monitoring.

I collaborate across teams to address technical challenges, conduct blameless root cause analysis to strengthen controls, and monitor incidents using tools like Jira, Coralogix, and GCP. I continually learn new technologies and apply best practices for data protection and IT infrastructure security.
