What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, hybrid, or full-time HR operations role with an international company where I can strengthen payroll governance, compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and cross-functional HR service delivery.

I've led payroll, HR operations, and workforce governance for PT Megapolitan Developments, Reliance Group, PT Magna Finance Tbk., and Indika Group across property, financial services, media, retail, and holding-company environments.

At Reliance Group, I stabilized payroll after HRIS formula failures, restored payroll, BPJS, and Payroll Tax (PPh21) master-data accuracy, and supported six entities serving approximately 600 employees. At Magna Finance, I managed payroll across 29 branches and standardized validation workflows between head office and branch administrators.

I've also guided restructurings, employee transitions, settlements, and separation processes with transparent communication and Indonesian Employment Law compliance.
