What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead IT-led change as a project leader, advisor, or manager, bringing strategy, governance, procurement, delivery, and stakeholder coordination to complex transformation initiatives.

I'm currently steering strategic international cooperation initiatives at the War College in Tunis, tracking progress, shaping action plans, and delivering executive reporting and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.

As Director of Information Systems at the National Centre for Cartography & Remote Sensing, I defined IT strategy and digital transformation roadmaps, chaired steering committees, and led complex IT and SaaS acquisition cycles from RFPs through supplier selection.

I've managed multidisciplinary teams, IT governance, security, GDPR compliance, architecture requirements, vendor negotiations, SLAs, UAT, and change management across government and multinational environments in Tunisia, Qatar, and Tunisia–USA programs.

My background also includes operational planning for Qatar Emiri Air Forces, where I managed maintenance contracts and performance indicators, alongside earlier work designing and deploying financial, operational, and management applications.
