At VERMEG, I led the Engineering strategy and product roadmap for the Agile Calcs calculation engine, focusing on scalability, performance, and business alignment. I managed a team of up to 15 engineers and transformed engineering practices through scaled Agile, automation, and progressive AI adoption in the SDLC.

That work improved engineering performance, reducing delivery costs by 30%, rework by 90%, and processing time by 70%. I also helped industrialize delivery, with more than 28 releases and processing of datasets exceeding 20 million lines.

Before VERMEG, I founded FIBUS Engineering, a startup focused on business process automation, and served as CTO at Speed4ALL. Across my work, I’ve focused on engineering strategy, software architecture, product delivery, and applying emerging technologies to software engineering.
